1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Unitia Immigration website (unitiaimmigration.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. No solicitor-client relationship from website use
Use of this website does not create a solicitor-client or RCIC-client relationship. No information on this website is legal or immigration advice. A formal RCIC-client relationship is established only by signing a written retainer agreement with Unitia Immigration.
3. Information is general, not specific advice
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes. Immigration rules and processing times change frequently. We make best efforts to keep the information current as of the dates indicated, but we do not guarantee that any information on the website is accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific circumstances. Do not rely on this website as the basis for any immigration decision.
4. CICC licensure
Unitia Immigration is a CICC-licensed Canadian immigration consulting firm. The principal RCIC’s licence number is R[XXXXXX], verifiable on the CICC public register at college-ic.ca. Only licensed RCICs are authorized to provide paid immigration consulting services in Canada under Section 91 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.
5. Scope of services
Unitia provides Canadian immigration consulting services within the scope of RCIC practice authorized by the CICC. We do not:
- Provide legal advice on matters outside Canadian immigration law (employment, criminal, family, tax, etc.).
- Represent clients in Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, or the Supreme Court of Canada.
- Represent clients in proceedings before the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) unless and until we hold IRB specialty licensing.
- Provide immigration advice or representation for jurisdictions other than Canada.
- Recruit or place foreign workers (we are not a recruitment agency).
Where a matter falls outside our scope, we refer to qualified counsel.
6. Fees and consultations
Fees displayed on this website are professional fees in Canadian dollars, subject to applicable taxes. Government fees (IRCC, ESDC, biometrics, language testing, translation, etc.) are separate and paid directly by the client. Specific fees, scope, and payment terms are confirmed in the written retainer agreement for each file. Fees displayed may change without notice; the controlling fee schedule is the one in your retainer.
7. No guarantee of outcome
Immigration decisions are made by IRCC, ESDC, CBSA, the IRB, and other government decision-makers, not by Unitia Immigration. We do not guarantee any particular outcome. We commit to professional standards of preparation, advocacy, and conduct under the CICC Code of Professional Conduct.
8. Intellectual property
The Unitia website content, design, and brand are the intellectual property of Unitia Immigration Consulting Inc. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unitia Immigration is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This limitation does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the CICC Code of Professional Conduct.
11. Complaints and regulatory authority
