Fixed fees. Direct access. The truth on the first call.
A Toronto-based Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultancy where you talk to the consultant on your file. Every fee posted before you book. Every consultation ends with us telling you what you actually need, even when that means you don’t need us.
No email required · 90 seconds
Fixed fees. Posted. No surprises.
Every service we offer has its professional fee on the website. Three package tiers per service so you choose the level of support you actually need. No hourly billing, no “discovery call” upsell, no scope creep mid-file.
See the fee schedule →You talk to your RCIC. Always.
No file managers, no junior reassignment, no call-centre filtering. The consultant who signs your retainer is the consultant who handles every submission, every IRCC response, every WhatsApp at 9pm before a deadline. 48-hour response time, guaranteed.
Meet your RCIC →We tell you when not to hire us.
If your case is simple enough to file yourself, we’ll point you at the IRCC form. If it needs an immigration lawyer or IRB-licensed counsel, we’ll refer you. We’d rather lose your retainer than your trust.
When you should hire a lawyer instead →Every IRCC‑level application. Three packages per service.
We file applications at the IRCC level, not tribunal appeals or Federal Court matters. When your case needs IRB-licensed counsel or a lawyer, we’ll tell you and refer you.

Visitor visas →Spousal & family sponsorship
Inland and outland spousal sponsorships, dependent children, PGP applications. The genuineness file is everything. We build it.

Refusal options →Where regulations changed and we built fluency.
Beyond standard IRCC applications, four practice areas where the legal landscape shifted significantly in 2025-2026 and we’ve focused our continuing education. Bangla Desk is our community-rooted flagship; the other three are practice areas we actively work in where 2025-2026 regulatory changes opened new client pathways.
Bangla Desk
Canadian immigration counsel in Bangla. Toronto-based RCIC who speaks the language, knows the community, and handles documentation strategy for Bangladeshi families. Study permits, sponsorship, visitor visas, and PR, the full range, end-to-end in Bangla or English.
বাংলায় সম্পূর্ণ পরামর্শ · Full consultations in Bangla →Francophone streams
C-16 Francophone Mobility work permits skip the LMIA entirely. French-language Express Entry draws cut at CRS 397 in recent rounds, over 100 points below general draws. 5,000 federal spaces reserved for Francophone PR in 2026. Initial consultations available in French.
If you speak French at CLB 7+ (intermediate), this is the fastest current pathway →H-1B holders & tech workers
Canada’s accelerated H-1B pathway was announced in Budget 2025 with details still pending. For most US-based clients we file standard Express Entry (no country-of-birth backlog) while monitoring the H-1B program launch. Express Entry typically takes 6-12 months once you have an Invitation to Apply.
Stuck in an EB-2 or EB-3 green card backlog? Let’s discuss options →Citizenship by descent
Bill C-3 came into force December 15, 2025, removing the first-generation limit on Canadian citizenship by descent. If you have a Canadian grandparent or great-grandparent, you may already be a Canadian citizen retroactively under the new law. Document tracing and proof-of-citizenship applications.
Find out in 15 minutes whether you qualify →Express Entry category-based draws (Physicians at CRS 169, Healthcare, Trades, Education, etc.) are a competency we use across most PR files, see the full category breakdown on our PR page.
Five things included that competitors charge for, or don’t do at all.

What our work looks like in practice.
Three anonymized examples of recent work, illustrative of the patterns we handle most often. Case details are anonymized; outcomes are representative of work performed under our CICC license. Not a guarantee of similar results.
Study permit, twice refused
Bangladeshi applicant refused twice for inadequate proof of funds and weak statement of purpose. We pulled GCMS notes, identified the actual officer concerns (specific gaps in financial documentation, not what the refusal letter implied), rebuilt the financial package with GIC + sponsor affidavit, rewrote the SOP to address ties to home country directly.
Outcome: approved on third application. Timeline: 11 weeks from retainer.
Inland spousal, genuineness flag
Canadian citizen sponsoring spouse from Pakistan. IRCC issued a procedural fairness letter raising genuineness concerns based on age gap and short courtship period. We assembled a comprehensive relationship-evidence package: cohabitation records, joint financials, witness affidavits from family on both sides, photographic chronology, and a written response addressing each officer concern directly.
Outcome: PR granted. Total timeline: 18 months from initial submission.
CRS 467, healthcare category
Registered nurse with US experience, looking to relocate from a backlogged EB-3 to Canadian PR. CRS 467 was below general draw cutoff but within healthcare category range. We optimized the profile for healthcare-category eligibility (NOC code verification, language test timing, ECA validation), submitted to the pool, received ITA in a healthcare draw at 463.
Outcome: PR landed. Profile-to-landing timeline: 9 months.
Refused? Get the diagnostic before you decide anything.
We pull your GCMS notes, read the officer’s actual reasoning, and write a strategy memo with your options. Reconsideration, reapply, H&C, TRP, or escalate to a lawyer, you get a clear answer in writing within 14 days.
Built around the things most consultants don’t do.
Most immigration consultancies compete on volume and vague promises. We’re built differently, transparent, accessible, and willing to lose work when it isn’t right for us.
Every fee posted. Direct access to the RCIC on your file. Honest assessments even when the answer is “you don’t need us.” Plus fluent Bangla-language counsel that almost no other Toronto RCIC offers in-house.
More about us →You talk to the consultant on your file.
Not a junior, not an offshore file manager, not a call centre. The RCIC who signs your retainer is the one who handles every submission, every IRCC response, every email. 48-hour response time, guaranteed.
Every fee is on the website.
Posted before you book. Three package tiers so you choose your level of support. Five value-adds bundled into every Full Rep retainer at no extra charge, things competitors bill separately.
We refuse work we shouldn’t take.
IAD appeals, Federal Court, RAD, RPD, an RCIC without IRB licensing can’t represent you there. We’ll tell you on the first call and refer you to qualified lawyers in our network.
Bangla, Hindi, Urdu counsel without the unlicensed agent.
Fluent Bangla, Hindi, Urdu and English. For Bangladeshi-Canadian families specifically. CICC-licensed, end-to-end, in your language. Verifiable on the public register, not an unlicensed agent from down the street.

Then decide if you want a call.
Tell us your situation. We’ll show you what pathway fits, what it costs, and what we’d charge to help. No email gate, no nurture sequence trap.
