Pricing · All fees posted

Every fee. Before the call.

Every service we offer has its professional fee posted on this page. Three tiers per service. No hourly billing, no surprises, no scope creep mid-file. All fees in Canadian dollars. Government fees and third-party costs are separate, and what those are is also listed below.

The three-tier model

Pick the level of support that fits your case.

Every program below is priced at three levels. You don’t need Full Rep for every application, sometimes Diagnostic-only or DIY is the right call. We’ll tell you on the consultation.

Full representation

End-to-end

We become your authorized representative on the file. Draft every form and supporting letter, build the document package, submit to IRCC, and handle every follow-up correspondence through to final decision. Plus the five value-adds.

See value stack →

DIY (guided)

You drive, we coach

You complete forms and gather documents yourself. We give you a personalized checklist, review your draft submission, run a 1-hour feedback session, and add our representative submission letter to your file. Cheaper than Full Rep; more of your time.

Diagnostic / review

Sanity check before submit

You’ve done the entire application yourself. We review the complete package before you press submit, flag risks in writing, and give you a 30-minute walk-through. No representation, just professional eyes on your file.

Complete schedule

All fees, all services, in one place.

CAD professional fees only. Government fees and third-party costs separate (full list below). HST applies for Canadian residents.

The fine print, in plain language.

HST applies for Canadian residents (13% in Ontario). Clients outside Canada pay no HST.

Founders’ Pricing on Study Permit Full Rep ($1,995) and Visitor Visa Full Rep ($1,495) applies to applications submitted by December 31, 2026. Both services revert to standard market pricing in January 2027.

Two-payment installment plan is available on every retainer over $2,000 at no additional cost. 50% to start the file, 50% on submission. No financing fees.

Consultation credit: any paid consultation fee is credited toward your retainer if you proceed with us within 30 days. The Refusal Diagnostic fee is credited toward retainer for up to 90 days.

Family bundles: when filing for multiple family members on the same application (e.g., principal applicant + spouse + dependents), the add-on fees above apply to the additional family members. We do not charge the full applicable fee per person.

Refund policy: if we terminate the retainer before submission for any reason on our end, we refund 100% of the unused portion. If you terminate, we refund the unused portion less work-in-progress accounted for at our hourly rate.

What we don’t charge for: phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, document review during the active file period, IRCC follow-up correspondence, and the seven value-stack items included on every Full Rep retainer. See the value stack →

Senior consultant rate applies to complex files involving multiple inadmissibility grounds, custody issues, prior misrepresentation findings, or other complications. We will quote this in writing before any work begins.
