Every fee. Before the call.
Every service we offer has its professional fee posted on this page. Three tiers per service. No hourly billing, no surprises, no scope creep mid-file. All fees in Canadian dollars. Government fees and third-party costs are separate, and what those are is also listed below.
Pick the level of support that fits your case.
Every program below is priced at three levels. You don’t need Full Rep for every application, sometimes Diagnostic-only or DIY is the right call. We’ll tell you on the consultation.
Full representation
End-to-end
We become your authorized representative on the file. Draft every form and supporting letter, build the document package, submit to IRCC, and handle every follow-up correspondence through to final decision. Plus the five value-adds.
See value stack →DIY (guided)
You drive, we coach
You complete forms and gather documents yourself. We give you a personalized checklist, review your draft submission, run a 1-hour feedback session, and add our representative submission letter to your file. Cheaper than Full Rep; more of your time.
Diagnostic / review
Sanity check before submit
You’ve done the entire application yourself. We review the complete package before you press submit, flag risks in writing, and give you a 30-minute walk-through. No representation, just professional eyes on your file.
All fees, all services, in one place.
CAD professional fees only. Government fees and third-party costs separate (full list below). HST applies for Canadian residents.

Let’s confirm the right tier for your file.
Sometimes Full Rep is overkill and Diagnostic is what you need. Sometimes DIY makes sense. Sometimes the file is too complex for any of the standard tiers. We’ll tell you on the call.
