Across every service

Three ways to work with us on any file.

Pick the level of support that fits your case. Sometimes Full Rep is overkill and Diagnostic is the right call. We’ll tell you on the consultation.

Full representation

End-to-end

We become your authorized representative. Draft every form, build the document package, submit to IRCC, handle every follow-up correspondence through to final decision. Includes the six value-adds bundled in every Full Rep retainer.

DIY (guided)

You drive, we coach

You complete forms and gather documents yourself. We provide a personalized checklist, review your draft submission, run a 1-hour feedback session, and add our representative submission letter. Cheaper than Full Rep; more of your time.

Diagnostic / review

Sanity check

You’ve done the entire application yourself. We review the complete package before you press submit, flag risks in writing, give you a 30-minute walk-through. No representation, just professional eyes on your file before it goes in.

Plus · Refusal Diagnostic

A productized $500 service for refused applicants.

If you’ve been refused on any application type, the Refusal Diagnostic is the right starting point. GCMS notes pull, written strategy memo, ranked options, including whether your case needs an immigration lawyer instead. 14-day turnaround. Credit toward retainer if you continue with us.

When we’re not the right counsel

Five categories we refer out, always.

An RCIC’s scope is defined by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. Without IRB-specialty licensing (which we don’t currently hold), there are matters we cannot handle. We will tell you so on the first call rather than take a retainer for work outside our scope.

When to hire a lawyer instead →

Immigration Appeal Division (IAD)

Outland sponsorship refusals, removal-order appeals, residency obligation appeals. IRB tribunal work outside standard RCIC scope.

Refugee Appeal & Protection Divisions

RAD and RPD work. Refugee claims are protection matters that require refugee-specialty counsel.

Immigration Division (ID)

Detention reviews, admissibility hearings. Time-sensitive matters requiring a lawyer immediately.

Federal Court of Canada

Judicial review of any IRCC, IRB, or Service Canada decision. Stay motions. Lawyer-only.

Serious or current criminal matters

Simple historical criminal rehabilitation we handle. Complex or active criminal matters need a lawyer.
